All this does not add any benefits to Yoruba traveling out of Nigeria because Yoruba as well as other tribes in Southern Nigeria are tainted by the image of country ruled by cattle rearers. I just hope people can realize the damage these people in the Northern Nigeria are doing to this country and how they've brought all the people in disrepute with it. Just imagine you have a country run by YorĂšbĂĄ and other civilized tribes in Nigeria where people's rights are respected, people's votes are counted, and leaderships are accountable, the whole world will troop in to that country because Yoruba culture is already selling in outside world, only Nigeria is preventing them from coming to experience it firsthand here. Historically, YorĂšbĂĄ are known as diplomats, they prefer to resolve any dispute in a roundtable contrary to brinkmanship we are seeing with today's Nigerian government. Yoruba churns oppression and cherishes their culture, it is the reason why they were one of first tribes to stand up against Islamic dogmatism and colonization in Africa. I can go on and on. A YorĂšbĂĄ nation would have been one of the best run states in Africa, even the world. |

Yoruba is far ahead of all of you uncivilised tribes especially in the South. We know its not only Igbo hating but all of you small small people hiding behind Igbos, except the Ijaw, who we will use to diminish all of you ungrateful people. Una suffer go plenty pass igbo own when the time is right. Instead of you to learn from us you are hating. Useless people. |

ASAPFERG:is this how you get your validation and relevance in life? Donât talk about Edo on a public forum in a bad light? is that too hard to do. No one will care about your inconsequential existence? Or you are afraid that you will never get mentioned like flies stuck to sugar, the only thing relevant about you right now is the Edo in your mouth and your hands. 1 Like 1 Share |

tonicyril: That is because Edo conquered Yoruba and influenced their way of life.. that is why you see traces of Edo in Yoruba |
Re: Dallas Has Officially Declared October 7, 2023 As Yoruba Festival Day by Ologbo147: 4:24am On Oct 06, 2023 |
UMUAZEE:yes we conquered them. But donât play Into his hands,he might just be the same person with that benzi nonsense guy a full blooded Yoruba man who claimed to be Edo and was asked to interpret Edo words in English, he could not 2 contiguous ethnic groups would certainly share Some similarities with each other. But our similarities is limited to borrowed gods and traditional religion. Just the way Agbor and Owo borrowed Igue festival from us because they are share a contiguous territory with us In terms of language, we are by far a distinct people. So different from Yoruba as French is to English. 1 Like |
