But he has a lot of experience in finance and banking - in both private and public sectors. He was made a member of the Reserve's Board in 2012.

But there were a few questions raised about him being the right man for the job - because of his lack of advanced degrees in economics. Only time will tell how he performs.

MC oluomo may or may not make a good CBN governor. It depends on his grasp of the issues and how well he handles them with the available resources. Blaming him or anyone for te effect of unavailable or inadquate resources is what I am against. I am not an Akpu and Ofe bigot FYI. Neither am I an amala and gbegiri bigot. I am just saying it the way it is. Soludo doesn't have dollars in his village to meet the supply shortfall. These are circumstances well beyond the CBN governor. If Dangote fires his refinery and start bring in forex as well as reducing the need for forex, demand will drop drastically and supply will be boosted, that has little or almost nothing to do with the CBN gov.

EEnefiele was doing the right thing then something entered his brains and he picked a form. He also implemented policies people believed was targeted at his political rivals at party level.
The sensible thing to do was to support Dangote and substitute importation of petrol with local production. He was doing that until his naira mop up, disguised as redesign policy, turned ignorant majority against him. Tinubu needed a cheap fall guy and started deviating from a perfectly working plan because of cheap propaganda based politics. A big shame!
