They suffer from inferiority complex because they have low self esteem and brought up to think overseas means better.

When they come from very humble background with the worst form of extreme poverty, even when they can read and write, they will still forget to realise that they have escaped poverty, especially poverty of low self esteem.

That's why Africa needs to balance between nature and over industrialization. Nature must be preserved at all costs to reduce natural disasters. Certainly they will occur
