I don't think that is the point. This could've all been avoided.
That being said, Atiku is grasping at straws. They should've focussed on the many irregularities in the elections rather than a certificate. I wonder what their argument will be in the supreme court.

That's also an indictment on the government? Who's responsible for security? Who should be held responsible?
