Top left is subtraction, top right is addition.
Bottom left is subtraction and bottom right is addition.

The second section is simple na...
The sample to follow exposed it explicitly.

Use subtraction for first numbers with the upper and lower figure subtracted for the answers.

Use addition for the other part with same process.

The pattern is quite simple.

Multiply the numbers at the end of point to get the number at the middle.

Add those numbers to get the number at the top.
