Yorubanization is gaining momentum as another Yoruba is purported to be appointed as EFCC Chairman. Inclusivity is better and healthier than exclusivity. Nigeria belongs to all and each region, tribe & religious divide must be accorded that sense of belonging.

Peter Obi is not the first Igbo person to contest for president so it can’t be about him. Obi is just an opportunist who cashed in on the mood of a lot of southern youths and the general feeling in the east that Igbos deserve the presidency.

The Igbos are hurt because they feel they were cheated out of the presidency by the south west. They believe 2023 should have been the year for the actualization of Igbo presidency. The delusional feeling that somehow, the man that came third will miraculously be made the president says it all. They wanted the presidency so bad they can’t accept that Yorubas beat them to it again. That’s why they are hurt and that’s why they need to heal.
