I can understand when people are favoured to get a job or appointment but, the question of qualification for the job is down to individual integrity.

To start debating issues like WAEC certificates or Authenticity of a Degree is not a systematic issue. It is simply a lack of integrity on the part of an individual.

Don't confuse the two.
