The Day I said something here about large population of Lagosians being dirty someone banta me real hard, it’s a shame for anyone who indulged in littering everywhere with dirt, except those who haven’t traveled out of Nigeria before why would you throw dirt everywhere? With plate number of the car, there is no need to even start announcing what she has done. Trace the registered number to the address of the owner, then present your evidence and make arrest. That's all.

Will this manhunt be necessary if the government enlightens the public about throwing waste out of a vehicle AND provides trash cans everywhere that are disposed of regularly by well paid workers

Is it not the government that should be manhunted by the citizens for its failures to provide commensurate services, utilities and facilities for the trillions revenue it generates from the public and receives on their behalf.
