If all those refineries were given or sold to the private sector, private individuals, bussiness men, experts that have the capability to operate and run those refineries by now those refineries would had been working and running and refining crude oil...and fuel, disel, kersone would had been cheap and would had also generate revenue money for the country and strengthened the naira against the dollars.but 11 trillion spent on refineries but nothing to show for it ..our politcians are really corrupt

This one na story for the gods 😂 since 2010 they have been pumping billions and trillions into the refineries knowing fully well they are not functioning.
Nigeria is just a comedy show.
I personally know people who did industrial training in NNPC refinery and they say it was the best times of their lives as they practically did nothing. Chairman will wake up one day and say service generators and industrial equipment need change and within 2 seconds millions of dollars have been disbursed. 😂

For God ' s sake FOCUS on restructuring ASAP and disengage from all these DISTRACTIONS.
