Congratulations Bola Ahmed Tinubu by PrinceOfLagos: 6:44pm On Oct 27, 2023
I want to whole heartedly congratulate his Excellency, the former governor of Lagos state, my home state, Mr Bola Ahmed Tinubu on his victory at the supreme court yesterday. It's a victory well bought and I pray he succeeds in moving Nigeria forward.

A better Nigeria is all we want and time will tell if Tinubu will guarantee us that soonest.

God bless the federal republic of Nigeria

He's our president even though I didn't vote for him because he wasn't my favorite candidate but we just have to focus more on his performance

His policies are hurting everyone, I really don't know where we are headed

I am happy you captioned it well, "it is a victory well bought" therefore I don't need to waste my congratulatory salutation on such type of victory. Tinubu is doomed to fail and it is a question of time......just watch and see.

This is what I expect everyone to do, not crying over spilt milk. Country over Candidates. Good and bad leaders will come and go, but our country will remain.

The most important thing this country needs now is to have an independent INEC and transparent elections. Those will will transform this country.

Independent INEC? Who is going to make it independent? Tinubu?

Congratulating the man and the criminal cabal behind his emergence shows you all are unserious about fighting for the same country you are claiming to love. If the the youths can protest about a cultist musician that was killed by his peers but not Massive corruption, bad governance its a proof in the pudding that this country is guaranteed destined for hell. Because you are discouraging good people to come and participate in politics. Why should any reasonable already financially successful nigerian stick their neck out for the nigerian masses knowing fully well you lots would throw them under the bus and are happy suffering in silence. Glad I saw all of this years ago and left Tueh!

I chose Peter Obi over Tinubu because I had and still have more faith in the former than in the latter but since the highest court in the land has affirmed him, then I congratulate him too. All I want is a good economy for my daily hustle to keep thriving. If Tinubu decides not to work or work for a particular group of people like he is currently tilting towards, I will probably be among the last set to commit suicide over hardship. No be by mouth but by my will to adapt and survive under every excruciating condition. Congratulations Tinubu. I respect him for his doggedness though, the only person that openly challenged Buhari and still succeeded. I am Igbo. I don't hate anyone, I just want the country to move forward for the betterment of all.

You should have suggested an alternative instead of complaining without proffering a solution. Violence can never be the answer.

I strongly believe that Tinubu and Atiku will end the era where politicians use connections and money to win elections in Nigeria....just the same way Buhari ended the era of ex-soldiers coming back to rule the country as civilians.

The next president of Nigeria will be a former governor. At that time, track records and performance will be the buzzword. Nigeria doesn't have a choice but to get better leaders because evil cannot hold sway in a democracy.

That noted, I strongly believe that this country should be restructured so that every region will grow at their pace.

Anyway, I shouldn't be having this conversation with you since you have already left the country.

Friend, I have been very rich for a over a decade now, Iiving like a king lavishly world over. What reasons should I be protesting for? I am happy to throw $100k at the organizers of any serious attempt to protest in nigeria, the arab spring type that would awaken the political circle in nigeria

With ur corrupt politicians being congratulated like ur both doing in this thread, good people will think of better things to do with their lives than come into politics in nigeria.
