It had asked for money to buy a presidential yacht, but this caused controversy in the media and the government was roundly criticised. Therefore, no presidential yacht was bought. Instead President Jonathan reviewed the fleet from a Shaldag MK II patrol boat of the Nigerian Navy. You can see the boat (guarded by SBS commandoes in rafts) in the first picture below.
