They should have rejected the vehicles and then we would have known that they're are different or would have acted differently. The complicity of NL in the malicious defamation of Obi's character is shamefully wonderful to watch. Where did he say this? Like, where?? Abi you people don't know when someone is giving an account of what someone else said again? How hard is it to fact-check by watching the remainder of the video where he condemn the decision? Y'all should continue. 2 Likes |

🤣🤣🤣🤣 who said, the vehicles are for personal use? Is like the lost of the election is affecting Peter obi's brain...... Sore loser. Most Nigerians are kicking against the vehicles, because of the current state of the economy. And the price of the vehicles is way too much. Where an average Nigerians can't eat three square meals and so on. 3 Likes 1 Share |

Slaves who foolishly worship and defend their oppressors would always grapple onto straws to prove a point that "everyone else is also a corrupt oppressor". These cretins would stop at nothing to prove that OBI is in the same immoral corrupt league as the political oppressors they exalt. The first and most important thing Peter OBI said was that as a president, he would never have approved N160million for buying cars for legislators. Obviously I didnt expect the brown envelop media to report that part of the story where he condemned it. |

It's a shame dat he wants to defend dem in d first place Let dem reject it and if asked let him just say "he has told dem but individual choices and the leader who allows dat, plays a big role". emkz:Well, In that case he'll be correct. The first lady is not an official position no matter how influential it is. There's no constitutional provision for the office so anything tied to the office is clearly illegal. For the reps, the bone of contention is the cost not that they are buying cars for them. |

What is he saying. That it is alright to purchase billions of naira worth of vehicles every four or eight years in a sunken economy to do 'administrative work'. Then what will he define as the cost of governance crises befuddling Nigeria. Excusing anything at odds with the reality on ground is accepting it, supporting it and defending it, period. This country cannot continue this way. We did not get here by mistake but by the few pilfering the resources of the many for their comfort and convenience. Even if Nigeria by any stretch of the imagination gets better, it only means the wastage will only escalate. Today Federal Ministers rent Executive jets to go about their duties. In 1999 this was not heard of. They all flew commercial. It shows things are getting worse not better. The waste is rising, recurrent expenditure almost 100 percent of non deficit budgeting. How come. If Nigeria was getting any better then additional administrative costs can be excused but no. The worse the economy the more comfortable they make themselves and this is why they are completely out of touch with what the man on the street feels. If Nigerians cannot wake them up then this country cannot be fixed. This is absolutely disappointing from the so called 'Main Opposition' and the person of the champion of frugality and right sizing of government. 3 Likes 1 Share |

christejames:A pot calling Kettle black. Agbadorians will never see anything wrong with Tinubu Presidency while you Obedients will also not see anything wrong with Obi's statement. Does this even make sense in the first place? Did NA called it Personal Cars in the first place? What the sane Nigerians are saying is that the cost is damn too much especially now that we are going through one if the worst Economic Crises. Yes, National Assembly members must have official cars but at what cost to an highly inflated economy of ours that is even struggling to pay salaries, they could have gone for a Jeep that's not that costly as this, infact if possible a Nigerian made one. 1 Like |

Magnoliaa: Okay, then the next thing is to escalate the situation. Let Nigerians begin to raise the matter in public fora if as you say someone is deliberately trying to mislead the public for whatever clandestine reason. At the end of the day advocacy is the only tool of true change and liberty. The Labour party should double down on this matter. |

This same obi is yet to see anything wrong with Igbos, who he has made everyone realize that he 'lives with them', and they are his 'blodas'. This same obi supported the currency withdrawal policy of emefiele despite the harse injury it was causing Nigerians, just bcus of politics.
