Blacks are not the majority in western Cape which is the whole point. Whites are approx. 20% which gives them the numbers to formulate policies that will insulate the new country from the decay spreading in SA.

Eternal vigilance is key to avoid getting into such dangerous scenarios with people who have psychotic tendencies. Just keep people who get unnecessarily angry and aggressive off. Period.
