Why would a reasonable person snatch ballot box in a country where election winners are not decided by ballot? But come to think of it, is ballot snatching a capital offence? Is there no value for human life again? Why not target their leg and capture them alive? What about the real snatchers - those that wear black and white suite with wig? |
