EFCC cannot arrest an army officer. It's not done anywhere. Same way EFCC cannot arrest a police officer. The process entails EFCC writing to the force in question to present the personnel's for questioning. Once approved, the army will hand over the staffs to EFCC. That has always been the process.

Concocted news. POS operator snapped one of the soldiers ATM card and withdrew money, they came to investigate and the criminal POS operator called his syndicate at EFCC. The soldiers then went to report at EFCC office the act which an EFCC staff was aiding. The EFCC quickly changed the story and arrested those innocent Soldiers and detained them for 5 days before it got to show of force. I expected those soldiers to grab the EFCC female commander and suffer her like a day one clawns so they can know the difference between the Military and Civilians

Their superiors will hand them over to the right authorities at the right time. Even if they are protected while in barracks, they will be arrested out of barracks or he will be a forever fugitive as long as he comes out of the barracks.

Even if he was not arrested while in service, he will retire one day and he will be taken to jail.

Let me give you a very strong advice.

Stay away from crime as it will only destroy your military career

There is a soldier facing a murder trial and the case is still in court. The case has affected his entire life and his mother has already developed high BP as a result of the murder case.His entire family is in disarray as we speak. The military may hide you up to an extent but they are only postponing the evil day. Only STUPID NCOs think that they are above the law because you will never find that kind of foolish mentality among commissioned officers
