To cancel the mandate of someone who scored the highest number of votes on the election day is my view absurd and grave injustice as that would defeat the main aim of elections and democracy

3 or 4 judges should not have the power to cancel the mandate of someone whom hundreds of thousands or even millions of people have voted for

How a candidate was nominated or when a candidate joined the party is a relatively trivial issue once the general election has taken place.

The main issue, and indeed the only issue the courts should be allowed to determine, once a general election has taken place is: WHO SCORED THE HIGHEST NUMBER OF VOTES?

It was not injustice when winners APC from Gov to senators down to state house of assembly mandates were handed to PDP in 2019 in Zamfara.
