I have no issue with transgender people, but a female competing with a transgender person is very unfair. Why can't sports organisations create a new category for transgender people?

What if they removed it? The issue is a little bit complex than you think. There is a difference between crossdresser and transgender.

Some people are born with a diick and breast. Instead if having sperm, some have eggs or both. Some undergo surgery to remove the diick. I have watch some few cases like that on reality shows.
