What do you think is the cause of this? doctors underpayed or bad economy
Not necessarily either of the two. It's the bandwagon effect and Nigerian herd mentality. It's just like seeing everyone one buying toyota and the rest follows suit irrespective of whether it will be beneficial to them or not.

Dubious OP with dubious headline.
That should be “about 143,000 Nigerians including doctors and others” not this you put up there as if over143,000 Nigerian Doctors moved to UK.

People like you are part of Nigeria’s problem.

Great. There's no education, shelter, social security, public infrastructure, utility etc. We live on trees and commute on feet
Education - dead
Shelter - dead
Infrastructure and utility - mismanaged and dead
Social security - sinking

I use to ignore and deny this untill I went to see my Doctor friend and a member in one the GENRAL HOSPITAL HERE, HE IS THE ONLY DOCTOR IN THE GENERAL HOSPITAL!!"LIKE what the nonsense is this "'? bros na only you be doc here ? He replied in the affirmative,I wish I could help him in caring for the patients littered all over the wards with Fulani and Hausa sick people ,but for where I do not have a license for practicing ... He works round the clock till late night most days ... He recently started leaving by 2pm when we got wind of it that Fulanis were trailing him for kidnap, we counsel him to start closing early and in broad daylight.Thats how this nation has gone ,just pray your love once never get sick or stucked at this sham called hospital particularly in the north...we will keep having this way when religion and tribalsim is d platform upon which we elect leader over us... See how horrible the judiciary had been ever since this our new sheerif took over ! Can we all see that we are in a mess and ONE CHANCE ??

First is underpayment

But sane people living in nigeria at this time is like self flogging yourself

A lot of younger Nigerian male doctors have the wrong attitude and don’t know how to communicate effectively with their patients. Humble yourself and learn.
