You went to far, ordinary private hospital there's shortage of staff, auxiliary nurse is a crime in Nigeria but unfortunately they are the ones being used by these private clinic plus they are over worked.

Many medical practicioner are even going to some African countries, imagine lecturers in Benin republic private university are Nigerians
