1. Consultants
Specialisation: Internal Medicine/Cardiology, Orthopaedic, Intensive Care/Trauma, General Surgery,
Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Anaesthesia, Paediatrics, ENT, Haematology/Blood Transfusion, Chemical
Pathology, Histopathology, Medical Microbiology, Dental/Maxillofacial Surgery, Gastroenterology, Neonatal,
Pain Management, Nephrology, Neurosurgery, Rheumatology, Urology, Pulmonology, Dental, Endoscopy

A Doctor of Medicine (MBBS) degree from an accredited institution
Fellowship in a relevant subspecialty from either the National Postgraduate Medical College (NPMC)
or the West African College of Surgeons (WACS)
Foreign-trained specialists must be registered with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria.
A valid practicing license.
NYSC discharge certificate or exemption letter for Nigerian citizens

2. Medical Officers

Foreign-trained specialists must be registered with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria.

NYSC discharge certificate or exemption letter for Nigerian citizens


3. Nurses
Nursing Specialisation: General, Intensive Care Unit, Obstetric and Gynaecological, Preoperative Nurse
(Surgical/OR Nurse), Anaesthetics, Ophthalmic, Paediatric, Midwife, Dental and Nephrology

A Bachelor of Nursing Science (BSN or BScN) degree from an accredited university or a Registered
Nurse (RN) or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Post-Basic Nursing qualification in a relevant nursing subspecialty is mandatory.
A minimum of 5 years of experience practicing in the subspecialty of interest
A current practicing license from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria
Demonstrable clinical experience in direct patient care
NYSC discharge certificate or exemption letter for Nigerian citizens

4. Pharmacists

Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm.) degree from an accredited institution
At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant pharmacy setting
A current practicing license from the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN)
NYSC discharge certificate or exemption letter for Nigerian citizens

5. Pharmacy Technicians

A minimum of OND in relevant discipline
Proven experience as a Pharmacy Technician or Nurse

6. Medical Lab Scientists / Lab Technologists

A university degree in the field of Medical Laboratory Science (MLS) or a minimum diploma in Medical
Laboratory Technology (MLT) from an accredited School of Health Technology

A minimum of 3 years of practical experience working in a medical laboratory, clinic, or hospital setting
Certification from the Associate of the Institute of Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria
(AMLSCN)
A current practicing license issued by the relevant regulatory body.
Possession of additional relevant certifications will be considered an advantage.

7. Radiographers / Imaging Technologists

Bachelor of Science in Radiography/Imaging (B.Sc. Rad./Img.) from an accredited institution
A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in the imaging department of a clinic or hospital
A current practicing license registered with the Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria (RRBN)

8. Optometrists

Optometry degree from an accredited university
Minimum of 3 years of practical experience working as an optician
Certification from the Optometrist and Dispensing Optician Registration Board of Nigeria (ODORBN)

9. Physiotherapists / Physiotherapy Assistants

Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy (B.Sc. Physio) or Medical Rehabilitation from an accredited
institution
A minimum of 3 years of practical experience working as a physiotherapist or rehabilitation therapist in
a clinic or hospital setting
Certification from the Medical Rehabilitation Therapists Registration Board of Nigeria (MRTB)

10. Health Information Management Officers

Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy (B.Sc. Physio) or Medical Rehabilitation from an accredited
institution
A minimum of 3 years of practical experience working as a physiotherapist or rehabilitation therapist in
a clinic or hospital setting
Certification from the Medical Rehabilitation Therapists Registration Board of Nigeria (MRTB)

11. Biomedical Engineers

Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering (B.Sc. BME) from an accredited institution
At least 3 years of practical experience working as a Biomedical Engineer in a medical laboratory, clinic,
or hospital setting.

12. Healthcare Assistants

A trained/certified health workers
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.

13. Clinical Psychologists

A minimum of Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology
Minimum of 3 years Clinical experience

14. Clinical Nutritionists / Dieticians

A first-degree B.Sc. in dietetics/clinical nutrition.
Possession of M.sc in Biological Science/Nutrition/Dietetics is an added advantage.
Minimum of 3 years of practical experience

15. Speech & Language Therapists

A First Degree (B.Ed.) in Special Education from an accredited university.
Relevant experience working with special needs patients.
Certification in Speech-Language Pathology is an added advantage.

16. Occupational Therapists

A bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from a university certified by the ACOTE (Accreditation
Council for Occupational Therapy Education).
Certified by the National Board for Certification.
Compliant with the National Medical Association healthcare regulatory requirements.
Certifications in Paediatrics, Mental Health, Physical Rehabilitation and feeding, eating and swallowing.
Possess up-to-date knowledge of treatment practices and physical therapy programs.

17. Public Health Officer / Infection Control

A Degree in Public Health.
2-3 years of experience in Public Health.

18. Dialysis Technician

Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a dialysis technician
Bachelor’s degree
Experience managing healthcare equipment including dialysis machines.

19. Dental Surgery Technician / Dental Technologist

OND / HND qualification
Minimum of 3 years of work experience
Must have the current license to work.

20. Paramedics

Proven experience as a paramedic
First Aid / CPR Certification
HND in Emergency Medical Technology (Paramedics) or its equivalent

21. Head of Human Resources

A bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
Masters’ degree preferred.
10 plus years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources; healthcare experience
preferred.
Membership of relevant professional bodies

22. Human Resource Officers

A bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
Masters’ degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of work experience; healthcare experience preferred.
Membership of relevant professional bodies

23. Head of Procurement

Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in warehousing or management science or any relevant degree
Professional qualification in purchasing and supply chain management.
Minimum of 5 years Management Experience in procurement or supply chain management; healthcare
experience preferred.
Sound knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and regulatory requirements.

Procurement Officer

Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in warehousing or management science or any relevant degree
Minimum of 2 years Management Experience in procurement or supply chain management; healthcare
experience preferred.

25. Head of IT

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or similar fields plus relevant IT certifications.
Postgraduate/Master’s degree and additional qualification in Information Technology will be an added
advantage.
Must have proven working experience as an IT Manager with a minimum of 5 years IT experience, 2 of
which must be at a Senior Management level; healthcare experience preferred.
Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer
hardware/software systems.
Expertise in data centre management and data governance.
Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation.
Familiarity with healthcare information systems is a plus.

26. IT Officer

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or similar fields plus relevant IT certifications.
Must have a minimum of 2 years IT experience; healthcare experience preferred.
Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer
hardware/software systems.
Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation.
Familiarity with healthcare information systems is a plus.

27. Head, Facilities Management

BSc/HND in Facility Management, Engineering, Engineering Construction, and any other related field
Must have a minimum of 5 years working experience.
Healthcare experience preferred.

28. Facility Officer

BSc/HND in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
Physical ability to perform inspections and oversee facility related issues.

29. Corporate Marketing & PR Manager

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields,
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in leading marketing initiatives.
Experience in building marketing programs and reporting on the results.

30. Public Relations & Marketing Officers

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields,
A minimum of 1 years of relevant experience in leading marketing initiatives.
Experience in building marketing programs and reporting on the results.

31. Head of Account & Finance

First Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline from a reputable institution
Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, CIPFA or ACCA) with a minimum of 5 years’ relevant work
Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.
