legitnow1: lol. A joker with no leverage making threats. If Nigeria divides them who suffers other than the most parasitic and barren region in Nigeria, I.e the SE, with nothing to offer Nigerians other than the unacceptable mass migration of her quarrelsome people to every corner of our nation? Who loses when Nigerian “divides” and Igbos only have the market of the SE to service the gluttonous materialism and inordinate love of money of Igbos? I sincerely want Nigeria to divide so you Igbos can see you are nothing and should actually be thanking those you pour hate and insult on, 24/7, for your sustenance to even village hamlet level. Even a single Igbo prostitute, making her money in Ibadan, feeds 10 mouths in her SE village she fled monthly from her Olosho ‘pay’. How will you ‘act in haste and repent at leisure’ people make up this huge income shortfall when you become restricted to your Biafra alone? Is this not how you all backed sit-at-home destructiveness in the SE with your Nzogbu Nzogbu noise you now regret deeply today leading to cancellation of a crazy directive that indicates your own self-inflicted madness? You lot are just empty, disruptive and ingrate braggart plus the most hateful and offensive people in Nigeria. 4 Likes 1 Share |

Basic123: You lying, two-faced, deceitful sack of shit! Assuming without conceeding that Ironsi instituted a unitary form of gov't, what stopped you wicked hegemonic lot from 'federalising' in back again after you murdered him? After all, since 1966 you've sidelined the Igbo and taken over 'one Nigeria' for yourselves! Just what is it that Ironsi did that you can't return back to how it was before he did it? Isn't it the same military powers he had that you've been wielding from 1966 to date? You and your ilk are truly evil! |

Just so you all know, the OP is a known Igbo-hating bigot and his intention of posting this old clip is to try and see if he and his fellow Tinubu minions can drive Ndigbo out of Lagos or at least reduce their voting strength in the state! Their agenda is multi-pronged and the targeted demolition of Igbo properties by their wicked Tinubu controlled Lagos gov't is just one prong out of many! Burning of Igbo-dominated markets is another! |

TopBanter: This point of yours cannot be over emphasised, Ndigbo should be pushing for an ECOWAS federation to generate a larger capacity for their very impressive trading acumen. If the Northern and Western Nigeria markets become as restrictive to Ndigbo as the Ghanaian markets are with their justifiably more conducive trading environment to locals alongside a very restrictive and borderline hostile one to foreigners, Ndigbo will have a big problem. IPOBidients should be careful what they wish fot simply because Peter Obi lost an election. |

aswani: Precisely. Igbos, because of inordinate pride and ego, anchored upon hatred of others, always self-harm to the extent they will insult and alienate those they need and those who are benefactors with real and major impact on their financial well-being like the Yorubas. They did same in Ghana and it was amusing to see them make Nzogbu Nzogbu noise initially only for them to start begging once Ghana authority slapped million dollars levy on shops that would struggle to even return 20k dollars a year!! That was how desperate, in defiance of ECOWAS, Ghanaians were to keep Igbos out of their market. Your advise to them, per respect for market presence, comes too late. Take it from someone who has knowledge about Governance in Nigeria that Yorubas will move more and more to nullify the principle of competitive advantages they deployed in letting Igbos operate certain businesses only for the ingrates to be insulting Yorubas as lazy, unambitious etc while claiming they are superior at business. Competitive advantage is a very important consideration even nation like the USA deploys and, in simple economic terms, it means it makes sense to buy from others who have the trading, human/material resources and manufacturing skillset to operate certain markets and business endeavours cheaper than we can. That then does not some should ignorantly assume they are superior to those who patronize them as Igbos prefer to think because of their delusions of grandeur. Others, like the Yoruba, are far better than Igbos at too many things to name but they still understand it is pragmatically sensible to concede some sectors to others. Now Yorubas will indeed show Igbos they own the market and indeed their own spending power and patronage they can take elsewhere. Sometimes, even ran our forces buyers to go elsewhere and market patronage to shift. We have seen this even happen at national trading level, i.e trading conflict such the Ukraine-Russia war has caused, where nations are forced to take their business elsewhere because of a total breakdown of a relationship with a former trading partner. Yorubas will be deploying this “conflict” option more to show Igbos nothing they do is special or irreplaceable to the extent one of the most successful ethnic group in Africa has to continue taking their insult and nuisance conduct in the SW. Take the spare parts thing, I have a Yoruba friend currently working on a model of efficient and almost fully automated online supply of competitively priced OEM parts you only need chassis number to match parts 100% rather than the mess of Ladipo and other Igbo spare part market Igbos will tout as if they are engaging in Rocket science there. I won’t reveal too much other than to say it is a very good move if true the current claim Igbos are looking homewards to the SE because most, especially Yorubas in the SW, are concluding that nothing Igbos bring is worth their problems. That is why Ghanaians demanded millions of dollars for shops that cannot strum even a fraction of that level as profit. They burnt their bridges totally with the just concluded elections with their antics over the Obi and Chinedu Rhodes Vivour challenge that effectively demoted Igbo reputation to the ignoble position it was in at after the civil war where most non-Igbos viewed them as insufferable and irredeemable troublemakers. Yet they never learn to chill with the Nzogbu Nzogbu madness. Let us see how things go but I know the inevitable to be able to warn Igbos that their obnoxious and annoying behavior and attitude will not be tolerated going forward. 2 Likes |
