According to the document, Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi ordered the Minister of Military Production, Engineer Major General Mohamed Mohamed Salah El-Din, to produce about 40,000 Saqr 45 missiles, which is a modified version of the Russian B-21 Grad missile, to support Moscow in the war that has been raging in Ukraine for more than a year. .
