What you don't realize is that whether muslims or christians, there our Hausa brothers and sisters. There are own kith and kin. Long before Islam or Christianity came to divide us, we saw each other as brothers and sisters. Our blood relationship predates these foreign religions, and it's a shame that a Hausa man, at the urging of the fulanis, will kill a fellow Hausa, because of religion.

This is hypocritical of some of you- you only cry of injustice when it's happening to one of you.

They'd kill Muslims in Birnin Gwari, Kaduna, Niger, Zamfara, Sokoto, Yobe, Borno, Adamawa, you'll all look away. The moment such happens in christian dominated area, it's "persecution" of Christians in the north. This same "mistake" happened in a refugee camp in Borno state and Muslims were the victims, just like this one - but no one blame the pilot as trying to kill Muslims. If it were in your place, we won't hear word again.

If you look closely at those pics, you’ll realize that there are aged women and children killed as well? Were these also terrorists?
I am not typing this as a regular guy on the street but as someone who’s serving in the most advanced nation’s military on earth.

It is good that the president wants to look into the massacre. By holding the military accountable, they'd be very careful next time.

There is also the issue of killing of children in the war against the terrorist in the North east. Children believed to be offspring of the terrorists are routinely unalived in the dumb belief they would all grow up to be like their fathers. Even pregnant women have been forced to abort suspected foetuses. Of course, when the army takes over a village previously controlled by the terrorist, children are systematically killed. The army denies it all.

Though you serve in the US army, there was a lot of heavy handedness by American troops in Iraq which was undocumented.

Military errors like this are rather more common than reported given what is civilian areas are infested with bandits, from over 1000ft above the pilots can't differentiate very accurately civilian and militants combatants.
