I think Nigerians needs to start doing better by leaving workplace reviews on job sites like Indeed. It would go a long way in helping many other victims of circumstance like Shade

Nothing wrong in seeking career advancement and better pay.

What she did wrong is not making thorough investigation about the last job. She would have known the kind of organisation they are.

Grass may seems to be green at the other side..you really never can tell untill you check it out.

1. Do due diligence before joining any organization

2. Ensure to receive, review, and sign the offer letter before resumption.

3. Know the salary breakdown. Gross and net.

4. Do not forget 1-3

Merry Xmas in advance

Pls, what do you think an employer means by not talking about your offer letter after working for 3 months now?
Thanks
