either your LNB is bad or you have a building blocking your dstv dish

I had similar experience for months until 2 weeks ago when I finally decided to go to Multichoice Office around my area here and it got fixed. The LNB has been the problem all along and thankfully, I had a spare LNB in the house

Just simply replace the signal cable. It has a short somewhere..

Your lnb is not properly aligned with the dish... Get a signal tracker and track your dish or call a service man. I just fixed something like that recently
