Why do Chinese eat rice with chopsticks?

How can you be in London and be murdering English? How can you have White friends when they can't communicate with you by talking or texting? If you ever dined in a restaurant you would've known a knife, fork and spoon are the cutlery provided ... chopsticks on request ... and you are free to use any as you like.
