If you don’t have a quorum, anything you do is illegal..including electing a speaker. Without a quorum, your actions and resolutions don’t have the backing of the law.

You can have as many factions as you want, only 1 is legal!

How will the PDP do it?
The Court will obviously rule against the 27 lawmakers because there is no division at the National level, then they will go on appeal, that one will take forever. It won't even happen till after their tenure elapse.

If the bolded is true, that means PDP is now a subsidiary of APC!! What was Atiku doing for this to happen? How then did he end up losing the 2022 primaries?
I don't agree with all this talk of Rivers sponsoring PDP. It's simply as a result of greed and indiscipline. PDP still controls 6 states in SS with fat allocations. They sold themselves to Wike out of greed not necessity.

Amaechi closed the Assembly.
Oshiomhole removed their roof and relocated them to the Govt House.
Obaseki poured sand in front of it & relocated them to the Govt House.

Fubara was absolutely slow, because I understand CP Disu from Lagos has stationed men permanently in front of the Assembly Complex. Asides that, all 27 lawmakers have stationed security guarding their houses.

It's all on Fubara, he is boxed all corners and he needs help. He will need some tutorial from those who have gone that route. He will need to use unprofessional means to get his job done. However, he wined and dined with them, agreement is agreement, I have no sympathies for him.

The only thing he can do is to capture some of the 27 to his side or get to the CJ or defect to apc also or cut a deal with Tinubu.

The NJC will reject his removing the CJ.
