No, friend, I wasn't talking about when rent is being paid. I'm talking about when tenants lock up apartments over some misunderstanding with the landlord and divides to disappear and not pay rent therefore rendering the place redundant when housing is in short supply. This can happen over an undesirable length of time you know thereby putting the landlords in dilemma.

This is a welcome development.
Lots of tenants have taken landlords for a ride too much.
Just because Lagos State laws favours them...Many don't pay rent and still claim they are right.
They will learn the hard way now.
