@kkkossy, not sure wen. But will be after the whole phone interview (i guess it's in batches) as the interview process comprises of 2-3 more stages: phone,one-on-one,group discussions, assesment centre.

However, I want to ask whether people who also participated in this test but haven't received any congratulatory text messages as at today still have a chance to hope to receive it later on because I haven't even received a regret mail either.

Has anyone taken the interview

The interview is a simple one. Mine lasted for about 25mins. You would be interviewed by a panel of 2-4 people. The first thing you must note here is that a lot of people have been invited for this stage and not many would make it to the assessment centre so give it your best shot. Go early to the interview venue and try to be as calm as possible. You would be asked same questions as you were asked during the phone interview but this time, they expect you to be more elaborate. Please maintain consistency and let your voice be clear. At this stage, you have to match your intelligence with your body language. Look them into their face when talking (please don't stare rudely) and let that confidence ooze out from you.

You would also be asked what you understand by uflp and what you know about Unilever, what you are currently doing/ been doing since NYSC, and others. Don't get yourself worked out about it. Be calm, confident and let the interviewers enjoy your presence.

ok so wat next after the face to face interview? cos i did mine i want to know house when they would be calling for the last interview stage or have they started calling?

I think the last interview is next week, cause a friend of mine got a call from FJA and they told him he will be contacted by UNILEVER next week.
