I will suggest that you should also quote the price of bags of the commodities aside the mudu price.

Yea. Thanks for the suggestion. A bag contains 100 modu.

So multiply 100 by cost of each modu to get the price of the bag

In September 2023 when we bought groundnut, a modu of peeled one was sold for 600 naira. Today that same measure is now 1,200; 100% increase.

In October during the harvest season of corn, a modu was sold for 350 naira. Today, that same measure is 600 naira; 80% increase.

In December, during the harvest season of guinea corn, it's price fell from 1,200 to 400 naira. We took advantage and bought about 500 modu.

Ladies and gentlemen, Guinea corn has increased by 25% in the market. It's now 500 naira. That means we're in 25% profit already.

We really wished people could see the investment opportunities in Agribusiness

I don't know the state that produces cheapest soybeans. But in terms of quantity, Nasarawa is one of them.

And for the soyaoil, I don't really know

Peeled egusi is now 1,900/ modu

I live in Nasarawa LGA and I bought peeled melon for N2,400 15th December 2023 when I was returning to Delta state after the polytechnic that I work for was on holiday.

Why is your price lower or did they not add hand to yours when they measure it.

I modu which contain 10 peak mill cup was N2400. Why Is yours like this?

Our modu in Akwanga LGA is 8-9 cups. And it's 1900.

Nasarawa Eggon and other regions used bigger modu, hence the higher price

The next harvest season of guinea corn is December 2024. This means that the price will continue to appreciate until new harvest season.

In December 2023 during the harvest season, a measure (1modu) was sold for 350/400 naira. Note that the price fell from 1100/modu to 350/400.

As at today 27 of Jan 2024, it's now 600.

It's still a good price to buy and keep cuz we're still heading to December. Which means price will for sure go up.

In fact, it's expected to hit 1000 naira.

In December, we bought some quantity we could afford @ 400, yesterday, we added again at 600/modu, yet we fret not.

The time to buy guinea corn is gradually fading away.
If you miss it, no problem. Just prepare for raw locust beans. It comes out by march April.

If you miss that, then prepare for groundnut and egusi by August
