One of the best way to fight stealing of govt money and corruption in general. Too many loopholes in Nigerian criminal law made the job of EFCC very difficult. Most of their air tight cases against corrupt politicians and career officials are mostly thrown out of the court by judges based on technicalities. Trustedpronet:You didn't know that our laws are too soft on financial crimes? EFCC can't prosecute you successfully if you have 20 billion naira in your account if they can't prove how you corruptly amassed it even though the court knows that you don't have tangible source of income. In USA and UK, that's all what they need to prosecute you successfully |

Bigchristo: You see your mentality? Only in Nigeria and only a Nigerian will reason this way. Na wetin make the country dey thoroughly twisted and terribly bent downward to the ground. In saner countries it is the other way round. It is supposed to be private business person far richer than politicians like Elon Musk, Bill Gates? |
