nairalanda1: Dude even if dangote sells for #150 a liter, oga that man will make hell of profit so wtf are you saying profits have to been made? Dude imagine dangote supplying fuel to the entire country and even neighbouring countries, you no how much be that for a day? And who told you the profits generated a day can pay workers and staff for a year? U dey whine me? Is oil money a joke to you? Oga the price of fuel will be reduced, whichever amount dangote sells it esp when it's cheaper he's going to make hell of profit, so stop arguing |

GO0DHardDick: It costs at least 800 if not more to refine a liter of fuel 150 naira fuel is a mega loss for anyone. The market at the end has to determine the price or dangote starts taking loans to pay salaries |

nairalanda1: And who told you if the price is reduced they won't make profit? |

nairalanda1:Even when the subsidy has been removed like they "told us",but they keep borrowing. To me the only benefit of an average Nigerian in the country was that fuel subsidy, they removed. Because somehow it had indirect positive effect on an average Nigerian. Even the corruption you talked about when the subsidy was there, was carried out by the same politicians pocketing the subsidy money today.. An average Nigerian is programmed by leaders to suffer, while the live their lives to the fullest ,spending borrowed money on their personal interest.. |

GO0DHardDick: Would you sell below production price if you were a businessman? Sadly business does not exist to give us stuff at the prices we want. Salaries, taxes, maintenance costs must be paid. |

GO0DHardDick: Major gain is the FOREX, which may help naira to appreciate, as we won't need to import fuel again. 1 Like |

Why is no one talking about the quality we will now be getting. If they stick to international standards which I think they will. A litre of fuel will last a little longer compared to that nonsense they have been importing for us 1 Like |

RepoMan007: It's not propaganda. The truth is that Buhari held the South in a stranglehold because if his deep-seated ethnoreligious bias while he was prospecting for oil in the north and doing rail to Niger. Tinubu simply has no reason to do what that old kook was doing, so things simply started happening as they should. It's not propaganda, but it's not this government's positive intervention, either. It's just business that was hitherto actively prevented beginning to work out. 1 Like 1 Share |
