Stupid country with Stupid citizens celebrating nonsense. The lecturer or security has zero rights to do that rubbish. A lecturer job is to teach and focus on his course. A university is not a secondary school where you come an act as elder john.

It is not his duty to moralize the students. His job as an invigilator is to ensure there's no cheating.

If the school has a mode of dressing and if she fails to meet it, there might be a case. This is just a random act of persecution.
