The produced a list of banned universities and sent it to the NYSC, all professional bodies and all universities. I don't know why their efforts waned.

Why are you trying to divert attention on Serious issues, and did they tell you that same 6-months awards of 4- years Certificates was happening in the Nigerian Institutions? I never read that!
