Does it mean that these other pastors around the world, especially those in the developed nations, can’t see anything or don't have the power to prophesy?

For instance, I have witnessed elections in some other countries, but citizens of these countries rely on polls for the outcome of elections or statistical data to predict the economy future rather than pastors predictions or prophecies. None of the pastors in the developed countries even prophesied during their elections.
