It is a foolish fight. At the state level APC now controls the state. Is that not stupidity on his side? A state he inherited with PDP 'Top to Bottom'. It is the same way Igbos lost grip of South South States following the fallout of Biafran War. Before that war Igbos had it all in old eastern Nigeria and even Nigeria as a whole. Don't start what you can't clinically finish.

Father and son have shealt their swords but definitely, there will be a big re-election fight in 2026 if the current "fake" calmness last till then.

For now, na to first cross the supreme court judgement.

A puppet doesn't want to do d work of a puppet... Fubara dat can't win even his local government council ward... He wasn't a popular politician, he was put there to obey orders from above... I don't have sympathy for him... He should have known what was coming....

That it all did not go his way does not imply any too soon thoughts, and the war is still on!! We must not worship god fathers even from the ist day, whether they put us there or not. Well, Nigerian climate is already stinking with corruption sowe will keep having scenarios and statements like this

See how the pendulum has swung!



For quite some time now, Gov. Sim Fubara had been egged on by insidious forces to confront the behemoth political Godfather of Rivers State, the talk-and- do, Emperor Wicked Wike.




Those who detest Wike with a passion applauded Fubara for his bravado of putting godfatherism in check and equally saw it as an opportunity to get at him.




However, the cookie began to crumble with the sudden and unexpected resignation of the Speaker, Rt. Hon. Edison Ehie not only as Speaker but from the House entirely.




This was the death knell to any further contestations from the camp of the Fubara led group.




Next time, the lilliputian Gov. Fubara would learn to choose his battles carefully and wisely.
