Almost every human are conversant and has seen lizards over thousands of times but many do not know that:

1. They can shoot blood out of their eyes.
2. They can lick their eyeballs.
3. They can swim in the ocean.
4. They can walk on water.
5. They can “fly”

Lizards and humans share similar sleep stages.

6. Lizards tend to avoid confrontation. They are timid.

7. They do not bite anyhow and will do only when they are inflicted with pains or manipulated or when they are cornered and feel threatened.

8. Lkzards or Gecko are not poisonous at all.

9. Lizards can see just as well in total darkness as humans can see during the day — they can even see colors in darkness.

10. They have memories and can remember human when they see them once or often times.

11. Touching, or walking over human do not cause epilepsy. Infact, they do not have anything related to causing human any epilepsy at all.

12. It is widely believe with results told to be true and seen that when a lizard falls on your right side of your body, it is said to give favourable results In your pursuit in life.

13. Their best food is strawberry. They dream like humans. They mostly sleep on leaves—the best place they love to sleep.

14. Lizards are capable of regrowing new limbs if they lose a body part, like a leg or a tail. Same as Geckos.

15. Some species of lizard will go their entire lives without drinking water.

16. Lizards can change color at will—They may be seen as Yellow with a touch of red today and another day, a nude color and a touch of black.

17. Male lizards have 2 penis.
