That one is less to do with drugs, and more to do with the anonymity of the site. You don't even need to open an akant with your real email self.

If the site was enforcing people using their real names, and faces, ya think people would talk anyhow? See what happens on twitter (X) with people who use their real names and make comments anyhow. Next thing, they get exposed.
