D guy was a total off, d pidgin he was spark to moi was so so adulterated.then let's start writing ,that one became a serious thug of war, he couldn't pen down my words in to book.i then collected from him to write ,he started fidgetting as he couldn't follow with my write up explanation of events .The SP that was able to speak nice Gramma in d station came in so drunk in d morning o! For you don't need any dedicated Telephone Lines or Human interaction,if the Police Recruitment wants to be fairly equitable!

That’s one way to go concerning provision of security to the nation. I am of the opinion that we should have a police force of more than 300,000 men and women.

Hopefully criminals and non state actors will not find their way into the police. Some reliable vigilantes, may also be recruited if possible and if successful. At least they already are exposed to security matters and would be very useful in community policing. The
