Will giving my puppies 4 or 5 dhlpp shots instead of the usual 3 absolutely prevent my babies from catching the parvo virus?

I have four grown dogs.. 1 year plus
Cane Corso
Rottweiler - survived parvo
Bull Mastiff - survived parvo
Siberian Husky - survived parvo

And just got two pedigree Rottweilers to join my kennel. Both about 10 weeks from different parents
I keep both puppies totally away from the adults and don't let anyone near them but i lost 4 puppies to parvo last year.

I am washing and cleaning every day with hypo etc.

Will additional dhlpp shots harm the puppies or totally prevent parvo?
