There is this general belief that anyone who dies by suicide will go to hell. Cam anyone throw light on this ideology. Is it based on scriptures? Any referenceses ? |

Only a born-again can gain access into the Kingdom of God where Heaven(Eternal Reward) and Hell(Eternal Damnation) are located. And it is the unrighteous born-agains that end up with Hell(Eternal Damnation) while only the righteous born-agains that end up with Heaven(Eternal Reward) at the end - Matthew 25 vs 31 - 46.  |

petra1:The rule is to stand faithful until the end in order to be saved - Matthew 24 vs 12 - 13 & Mark 13 vs 13. There is nothing seemingly faithful about taking one's own life for anyone who is born-again --- Born of Water and Born of Spirit (of Eternal Life). 1 Like |
