What are Bigkoko PAC & SVC cards?

PAC stands for Pan African Cards. PAC cards are designed for international use in different African countries.
SVC stands for Store Value Cards. SVC cards are designed for local use in specific African Countries.

They are both store value cards exclusively designed to help international travelers or shoppers in Africa up their shopping experience.

They are widely accepted by Vendors in Rwanda for shopping purpose.

They come as close and semi close loop electronic debit cards, that are not linked to bank accounts. They're loadable, disposable and flexible in use.

We have four variants: Standard, Premium, Business & Gold.

How to use Bigkoko Store Value Cards!

There are three ways to use our Cards:

1. Online. Our Cards have a unique ID Number which can, together with your Pin, can be used to make payment online on our web App. It's easier and Conveniently designed to be effective. Use from anywhere in the world to pay Vendors in Rwanda.

2. USSD Code. Dial *662*800*122# with your Rwandan number (MTN or Airtel). Select the option that suits you.

3. In-store. Walk into any vendor location. Look out for the "Bigkoko Cards Accepted" signage. Do your shopping. Tap your card on our POS & go.

Our Cards are strictly designed for shopping experience. Use the Cards to pay Vendors from anywhere in the world in Rwanda and across Africa.
