You truly do not understand the judgement. At least, you were sincere.
I can't claim to be a lawyer. So what does it really say, at least in relation to my confusion?

He wasted a great opportunity to convert IPOB to a political party/movement.
By now IPOB would have been in charge of all South East states in Nigeria.
Then, he would have made another Dubai or Singapore out of Eastern Nigeria.
But No, he was just gallivanting around, making noise and doing nothing on the ground and underground.
He escaped from Nigeria by the whiskers and instead of him to lay low in the UK, he began globetrotting again and met his Waterloo in was it in Kenya where he was arrested and sent back to Nigeria to answer for his crimes.
It is indeed a pity.
It is a lesson for all of us, especially for our Igbo compatriots - Do less talking and shouting and threatening.
Do more homework.
Do more underground work.
Take more political roots.
Then work out your plans clandestinely.
It’s the biggest weakness of the Igbos - loudness, victim mentality, developing everywhere in the world, except their own states.

I pray Tinubu will not make that mistake of releasing the guy or else.......

Kill Kanu, another will rise in the future, why not tackle the root cause of the situation that started almost 50 years ago?

You guys are just emotional, not pragmatic.

British do Mandela and still retraced their steps when them tire.

Coming to peace is always an option,

Mandel commanded worst than Kanu. Go read history. They killed and destroyed.

The blacks were used to fight the blacks in South Africa.

Same thing is playing out.

But you all just kill him, do this, do that, make e be another 50 years, someone will spring out again.

Now is solution.

We are all humans. You are human, Tinubu is, Yorubas are, Igbos are, me I am, we are all humans. Why hate your fellow human,

Why Una hate each other?

Why

Ask yourself WHY? The rich dey do business within themselves and getting richer.

The political hoodlums,m Dey take advantage of Una ignorance to leverage oN DIVIDE AND RULE politics.

If Igbos give you deal now, you no go do?

Root cause.

Bottom of the pot.

Wetin Dey cause agitation for 6 decades.

Be practical and logical in thinking.

the hatred for Igbos and Nnamdi Kanu is what is sending Nigeria to abiss. Do you know that those who are not affected mostly with rise in inflation and the fall of the Naira are the Igbos. Most of them are entrepreneurs and business men.

You increase they increase. The money you still as civil sevant , both in the military or civilian. You always will give it to an igboman. Almost all the things you need to exist are in their contol.

Unless you want to chop the money raw. From Electronics, to food, car, bulding materials almost everthing. and we think we can teach them a lesson?

We are just fooling ourselves

Basically, the Supreme Court stated that Kanu’s forcible repatriation from Kenya by the Nigerian government did not take away the jurisdiction of the Federal High Court to hear the matter, unlike the decision of the Court of Appeal.

Instead, the defendant (Kanu), who claims his rights have been violated should seek a remedy by instituting a civil suit, but his criminal trial for terrorism and treasonable felony doesn't stop.

We can learn so much from other cultures and perspectives. Let's focus on unity instead of division, because when we are divided, we all suffer. As they say, "united we stand, divided we fall". Let's work towards a better future for all of us, regardless of our differences.

Igbos are mostly not affected in the business they are doing. Salary earners are the most hit. Every agenda against the Igbos have consistently elevated them.

But how is this different from my deduction? Isn't extraordinary rendition illegal? If both the federal high court and the supreme court agreed he was extraordinarily renditioned then they both basically agree method of arrest was illegal. But while the appeal court says the case can not proceed based on the illegal nature of it, the supreme court says the illegal nature doesn't mean the case can't proceed.

I believe the supreme court's stance here is dangerous to democracy, it just gave some more power to the federal government.

Let’s agree MNK was forcibly repatriated to Nigeria it does change the fact that he told his loyalists to unleash mayhem and kill soldiers and other security personnels and they did
The evidence full everywhere, his podcasts and vlogs are all on the net
They should let him answer for those lives he ordered his folks to take
Make it make sense why y’all are comparing MNK with Madiba and if that’s the case let him spend 30 years and he can come out to lead y’all to the land of the rising sun
