A lot of people are against taking cold drink including water. They hold this opinion that it is dangerous to the body. It doesn't make sense to me.

Cold things start getting hot once they leave their source of coldness.

As water travel from the mouth to the stomach, it is involved in motion which increases its temperature.

When it get to the stomach, it mixes up with already digesting meals whose temperature is higher thereby increasing the temperature of the drink.

Let's assume the above didn't occur. How fast and strong is the temperature to travel to different parts of the body with different temperatures?

What do you think about taking cold drinks?

It depends on the weather.

Nothing wrong with it. Ignorant human beings will always say rubbish. I’ve seen many people who claim cold water is bad quickly reach for it in secret.
