I am used to fact that universities are typical places for adults in authority to impose their opinions and beliefs on younger adults which normally manifests in how the control the way of dressing beyond the normal dress code. From controlling how beards, face, hair, hairstyle and shoes should look like beyond the normal dress code. But with the way the Prof. was shouting at her, you will think she wearing a revealing/seductive dress but no, it is long hair that is common for girls her age group and the eye shadow just needed a simple request to wash it off. They don't even shout at exam malpractice suspects like this. The Prof. was in a bad mood and decided to take it on the girl.
