All phone processor is called SoC simply means (System On Chip) and all SoC used RISC architecture which stand for (Reduce Instruction Set Computing) and RISC are licence by a company called ARM company which also stands for (Advanced RISC Machine). Company like Apple licences only the instruction set of the RISC from ARM while QUANCOM licenced the complete blueprint of RISC from ARM.

And the largest percentage of the SoC is manufactured by a company called TSMC (Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company) while the remaing is done by SANMSUG.
