Are you looking for this flight itinerary because you expect that you'd be asked to present it? Please, confirm that you are required by the embassy to provide flight itinerary in order to apply for south African visa.

In the past, the EU countries (as well as the USA) used to require Flight itinerary of every visa applicant, but now-a-days, as flight booking has now gone digitally online, and almost every airline does not allow booking-without-payment, the itinerary booking requirement has been abolished by most embassies, so, i'm just wondering why South Africa would still insist on this out dated system.
If you want an "agent", then, you must not expect it to be free. If you don't want to get yourself into trouble with fake itinerary document, then what stops you from going to the Airport yourself and making the booking at the office/counter of an airline company that operates the South African route?
