In my days in the university, there were many ladies who slept over in male hostels, some were nacked, moaning and other boys in the room would hear and mind their businesses. In rooms where it is an issues, they took it up with concerned person and set boundaries. There were many times that early in the morning, you would wake up to the sight of ladies using male toilet and bathroom with their boyfriend standing at the door to ward off guys from coming in. Males have a way of mind their business and don't require the level of privacy ladies do.
Talking of privacy, I gave helped built males and female hostels, you will notice it is a strict requirement that female hostels are fenced while you can leave male hostels unfenced depending on circumstances. And I will advise that you stop seeing world from the perspective of them men against us women. Live and free your mind, live right and be free.
