South Africa has been having power issues for years now and I think they made the video to spite themselves.. I don't see how it targeted Nigerians or the Super Eagles except that someone just went to add Osihmen's picture at the bottom. The video was made by South Africans for South Africa!

It's the equivalent of what was termed "rationing" in Nigeria a long time ago. South Africans are fed up with the power outage issue, and this video is simply a humorous show of that frustration.

Our leaders should wake up and stop making Nigeria a laughing stock. If people don't abuse you, you will not make effort to improve. It's a good rebuke. We give other nations light and they have steady light. Why can't we have steady light?

This isn't right though. South Africa has been suffering from loadshedding for a while now. They are having terrible challenges with power. This video was done to diss their own government but as par say Naija get main character syndrome, we must make everything about ourselves.
By the way this video was done last year so it has nothing to do with Afcon or the Nigerian game.

I don’t blame South Africans for talking trash to us. This issue of electricity is really a shame to Nigeria, if places like Gabon, Mauritius and a host of other African nations have more reliable supply of electricity than us.
