The army is divided along tribal and religious lines. They are not as united and disciplined as they used to be.
A coup d'etat is out of the question for now.

Coup won't change anything.

At the end any new government would still face low income from oil and debt eating most of our revenue

That's how people thought that Buhari taking over in 1984 would make things better, forgetting that oil prices had crashed and we had lost our preeminent agric position ( the last groundnut pyramid collapsed in 1982). Naturally the 1980s got worse and worse economocally speaking

last week an APC supporter was nearly beaten up by a mob, at the place i take my break at work if not for one old popular food seller at the junction. people are very angry, let this nonsence end here, for your own good.
